Would you like to meet me? If it is permitted by the corona rules. This is possible at the Open Tribune Dagen (Open Tribune Days) and other public training sessions and sports events. You can find the dates in the diary.
During the Open Tribune Dagen (OTD), you can see how I and other Heerenveen top athletes and Olympic challengers train.
Watching an Epke training session
Have you always wanted to see what my training session looks like? Come visit me at the Open Tribune Dagen in the Epke Zonderland Turncentrum. You can see how I prepare for the next competitions and what it takes to become an Olympic Champion. You will not just see the training from the gallery, but you will also visit the gymnasium to see all the athletes from up close!

You can register for the Open Tribune Dagen via turncentrum@topsportnoord.nl. Provide your first name and surname in your e-mail, and the number of people that would like to come to Heerenveen. You can pay upon arrival at the Open Tribune Dag.
